I love the fact that current retail institutions like supercheap auto have adapted to current technology in terms of searching for suitable servicing needs by simply selecting your vehicle in cart , or running your registration through their search engine.
Sadly, however, this is absolutely flawed at this store.
There is nothing more frustrating than walking into a building that doesn't have free public wifi access, yet cellular coverage is also compromised by the concrete foundations. To make matters worse, they have done away with catalogues and have QR codes to scan.
Wouldn't be such a problem if the staff on the floor wanted to actually serve customers, but this wasn't the case today.
Terrible Service .
Came here to get new headlights, and windscreen wipers. The lady at customer service helped us get the right parts. The cashier, was polite and we had a nice chat too her, while the gentleman went out to replace our windscreen wipers. The staff were polite, great to talk to, and most of all, very chill.
A newly relocated store that is "brand new" in it's current location. It stocks a wide range of tools and accessories for the DIY home handyman as well as products for travel, touring, outdoors, garage and the shed. The staff are ready and willing to assist you with any need you might have. Give them a go!
This is a clean and tidy store. It’s well layed out with wide isles. Very friendly staff and helpful advice in hand. Great place to shop if you’re in the market for auto accessories.

Poor customer service, kids should be trained or have knowledge, rude little boy just points and tells me if they have it ,it will be over their ,.check out staff were lovely
Very helpful staff looked up what I needed than went and found it for me.
Unfortunately they were unable to fit it.
